R Cubed Technologies (R³ Technologies) is located at 21 N. Kellogg St. in downtown Galesburg, IL. It was created as an Illinois S corporation. The principal investors are Sara Ryner, Joseph Ryner, Nathan Rockhold, Margo Rockhold, and Ed Rockhold. R Cubed Technologies provides information technology solutions and systems integration for research, engineering, manufacturing, and business. The company was incorporated December 4, 2003 in order to submit a proposal through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program to the Air Force. R³ Technologies began offering software consulting services in September of 2004. The first product was put on our web site in June 2005. The formation of the company was a result of the Maytag Refrigeration Plant Closure in Galesburg and the entrepreneurial sprit of its founders.
